Satisfaction Guarantee: Our priority is to offer a memorable experience to our guests. If you are dissatisfied with your stay, please contact us within 24 hours of your departure to discuss your concerns or suggestions for improvement. On a case-by-case basis, we may be able to offer you discounts for future stays.
Cancellations and refunds: In the event of a cancellation, please notify us at least 7 days before your planned arrival. In such a case, we will gladly refund the total amount of the booking, except for any non-refundable transaction costs.
Booking changes: If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, taking into account availability and booking policies.
Conditions of return: In case of early departure, you are required to inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Partial refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the remaining length of stay and booking policies.
